Have you ever thought about the promise of Jesus? Is it just for adults or youth as well? To the Youth of the World and their parents/guardians, soon 10-4 God will be giving a message to the Youth of the World. 10-4 God has a heart for the Youth of the World and will be ministering to some of them at the Uttermost Ranch. Some people think children and teenagers are too young to receive Jesus as their Savior effectively. Jesus personally said this is not true and for children to go to Him freely. The below is an excerpt from the upcoming message:
The promise of Jesus is also for children!
Acts 2:36-41: “Let all the house of Israel therefore know for certain that God has made him both Lord and Christ, this Jesus whom you crucified.” Now when they heard this they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Brothers, what shall we do?” And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is for you and for your children and for all who are far off, everyone whom the Lord our God calls to himself.” And with many other words he bore witness and continued to exhort them, saying, “Save yourselves from this crooked generation.” So those who received his word were baptized, and there were added that day about three thousand souls.”
This passage says that Jesus is not only for adults, but Jesus is also for children. Yes, youth of the World, the promise of Jesus is also for you right now in this present time. This passage says that if you repent and are baptized in the name of Jesus Christ, then your sins will be forgiven and that you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. Also, notice that this promise is for those who are “far off.” Youth of the World, you may feel that you are far away from God right now, but you are not too far; a person is never too far away to receive Jesus as their Savior. Youth, the promise of Jesus is also for you right now where you are, no matter your age.
Below is a good song about this subject by Shai Linne:
